MISTAKE 1: USING UNMANAGEABLE WEIGHTS
Most common observed mistake in workout is that- Mostly bodybuilders use weights they can’t manage correctly. And as result they did not found progress and aim that they want, it’s a big mistake so firstly avoid heavy weights, that you can not manage.
Cut back all your working weights by 15%, tighten up your exercise technique to make it impeccable, and then over few time, gradually build your weights back while maintaining perfect technique. MISTAKE 2: ADDING POUNDAGE TOO QUICKLY IN YOUR WORKOUTS
At beginner’s stage, strength is built slowly, don’t Piling on five and ten pound increments because its not the best way to go .
If you’re at your recently best weight for a given exercise, just add only a little iron next workout – just 1-2 pounds on the bar and not much, then after a week or two weeks-you can add more, etc. Few gyms have the very small plates, so get your own half and one pounders weights with you and take them to the gym.

You should find a training partner who has a similar recovery ability to yours, so that you can use a similar (if not the same) training program, must push each other to deliver perfect workouts every time when you are doing your workouts – intensive, progressive and always with correct, disciplined technique. It can be very helpful in your muscle building properly. If you face any difficulty-must go to trainer.
