The startup provides an ability for pet owners to schedule visits with veterinary practitioners in the comfort of their homes. The scheduled visits include full diagnostics, such as blood workup and capturing vitals to make sure your pet is healthy.

Their other pet services include,

  • Sick visits: Book same day or next day appointment
  • Home lab tests:  Perform all types of lab tests from the home.
  • Microchipping: Gives pet owners the best possible chance to reunite with their beloved pet in the case they lost.
  • Vaccination: Provides vaccination service for Rabies, Parvo, Distemper, Leptospirosis, and Bordetella vaccines.
  • Pet health certification: The company is authorized to provide pet health certification.

Embark– For dog DNA test

Embark veterinary is a Boston-based dog genetic company that provides actionable insights for the dog’s breed, health, and family tree. 

The company raised $ 75 million in Series B funding last year, which was the biggest Series B  funding for a pet startup up to date.

The test costs $199 and it enables dog owners,  breeders, and Veterinarians, to personalize a dog’s healthcare plan based on the dog’s unique genetics.

The company provides services for over 350 breed DNA  testing and can capture 200 genetic health risks as well as physical traits.
